Bought 80 dollars worth of headbands which never arrived. Contacted the website but only got a computer generated response saying that it wasn't there responsibilitie as it was postal problem. They never responded after my many attempts. Terrible company good bye 80 dollars

I ordered a Christmas gift for my niece on dec 6th it was to arrive on the 16th but never did. After many emails and auto generated responses I am going to assume a lose. I Definitely do NOT recommend this company.

I bought a jumper from them after looking a their guide for choosing a size. It was so big I could have fit a friend into it. I returned it and I got $38 for my $52. They said the return fee was about 8 so I don't know where the rest of the money went. They have great advertising and don't live up to it.
Like some of the other reviews, OBSESSED! I have bought several items and I am pleased with most. I did have to return one item and I used my own UPS for convenience which caused some confusion but the problem was taken care of. The clothing is quality, well made, fabrics are beautiful, and the fit is wonderful. I just wish they would offer more knee length dresses. Their short dresses do make nice tunic tops but are too short for an older lady like me to wear alone. They have a customer for life in me!

Such a phenomenal brand I have already ordered twice and am fixin to order again today! Their clothes are quality material and fit as described. I am a woman with curves to unfortunately most boho looks just don't fly but their stuff is amazing and looks great! Excellent sale section too and they ship so quickly I always receive my items earlier than expected!
I have spent a ridiculous amount of money the last few months since I found Natural Life. I love so many things and just want to buy more. The prices are a little expensive, but like every department store brand, they have sales and clearance items. I have not worn anything that I haven't gotten a compliment on. The company is a breath of fresh air with fun packaging and relatively quick service (about 2 weeks). Natural life has a "gift section" that has reasonable-priced unique items that would make anyone smile and feel special. Who doesn't love a company that empowers woman with love and light! Thanks Natural life for putting a smile on my face every time I put you on!
One last comment... gift cards! Easy peasy and you don't have to pay shipping! (Besides the e-cards are really cute and it's an easy last minute gift!
1st order ok, but had to return due to very poor fit. 2nd order, disappointed in size/quality (gifts, not clothing) of items. 3rd order, a dress that looked great on line. Decided to give this company yet another chance. I entered my card info to order, (a typo initially) my fault on the credit card. It said I put in the wrong security code. Ok fine, it was rejected. Went back in and rekeyed CORRECTED info with correct security code. Ok! Got an error again! Said my card was bad. Maybe (I am thinking) I have less in my account then I thought. Nope not the case, because my card was actually charged! Didn't receive an order confirmation, so called them and told them what happened. They said they didn't receive the order and they NEVER charge until the item ships. They advised me to call my bank. Food for thought; if the-order didn't go through, why call my bank? They asked me to send a screen shot PROVING my bank was charged. I did exactly that! ThenI called my bank who told me I was charged and debited from my account. Ok, so I call Natural Life back AGAIN, at which time a "manager" gets on the phone and tells me it's impossible that I had been charged and it's only a pending (not showing at my bank as pending, showing charged and verified when I called). In the meantime, the "manager" finds my order in abandoned order mailbox, and still tells me even though they found my order, with my address and everything, MY CARD WAS NOT CHARGED, BUT IF IT WAS IT WAS, ITS UP TO ME TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE! So after sending proof to them and after verifying with my bank this was a hard charge, And after staying calm with this so called manager I am pretty much done. I called my bank explained what happened. They are disputing the charge. In the meantime, I have this debit on my bank account that is MY RESPONSIBILITY, due to their system glitch.
This company lost a return customer due to $53.25, poor business ethics and the manager's inability to take responsibility for their error. I really did want to try the dress. Done now. See photo. Zero rating if I could.
Incredible start to finish! I ordered an amazing, comfortable jumper and this order completed, shipped, and arrived to me in two days' time. I am blown away at what a seemless, enjoyable experience this was. All details considered: Packaging adorable and efficient, item arrived better than expected, great quality, great price, great fit and feel, expeditious shipping....Amazing!!! Will Definitely be ordering again and will be telling friends/family. Bravo...You have a loyal customer: For Sure!!!! Greatness!
I find their items over priced- by $5-10. I have always thought there products were unique that is why I am a repeat customer. I do think their quality has slipped in the last few years when it comes to their clothes and blankets- I would never by either unless on at least 25% sale. But, there are not a lot of companies out there that have cheerful products that can satisfy a large age range from pre teens to adults. I must admit that I tend to buy from them most often when they are having their big sales. Shipping is a little high too.

I bought these thinking they were ceramic, I mean they are $6 a piece! Wanted to add them to a House Warming Gift of a Yankee Candle. They are CARDBOARD, I thought the roof came up to retrieve a match. Very cute. But Very Disappointing.
Totally not worth the stress this has caused me! I ordered a few items specifically for my niece for Christmas. When they arrived the XL T-shirt looked like a 3XL and the pajamas look even bigger. With no exchanges (which I was notified in an email after I placed the order) and no returns on sale items I am out $56! I got nothing but an auto reply email when I inquired. I should have known something wasn't right when there were so many items on SALE that couldn't be returned. With the sizes being way toooo big they have to sell it somehow. Not happy, not laughing, not kind!

They will not honor their promo codes and will offer you a lesser promo code to replace the promo they dont want you to use. Then they will direct you to their promotions page that has lame promotions that have nothing to do with your intended purchase. Treating customers badly before I even purchase? Really bad for business. There are no fake sites offering promo codes, only shady cheap companies like this one that doesn't want to honor legit promo codes.
